It was just mentioned on Twitch that for 60HE the PCB is IP6x water resistant, but I wonder why you don't have drainage holes in the PCB. Back in the day Thinkpad laptop keyboards had this fantastic feature that it made them even more spill proof. basically there were some holes in the keyboard and the casing that was draining the liquid relatively fast.

True. Usb a is just pointless mostly nowadays. Micro b at least has some reasons since it’s compact and needs lot less contacts with pcb, making it better for some stuff.
Also lightning being lot smaller (but too slow nonetheless so still sucks), but usb a is just, old standard not upgraded to keep it compatible with old stuff.

Think the precision is lot lower on LiDar, like 2 or 5mm min.
But the fact that app that before had settings for LiDar scan has downgraded to having file size limit, while another one lacks settings makes me wanna make a custom app for it, if I would be able to

Also almost all apps lack some basic stuff in LiDar mode like edge/straight line detection which could really help with how stuff looks

It’s basically a technology. But there are specific sensors for this, that are really accurate. I think 12 pros have like 1 or 2mm highest accuracy, while front depth sensor has 0.5mm

Used for scanning stuff, face authentification, cars (to scan around to detect other cars/humans)…

Kinda sucks Tesla doesn’t use them, imo would be best if it used combination of LiDar and cameras, since teslas sometimes tend to recognize humans as sky

if the sound is different on another port then it's most likely a wrong driver/default setting

The rear port is directly attached to the IO on the mobo
The front is connected with the front panel IO cables

They are nice. Hope pro 2s come out one day since since normal pros release there would maybe be couple of improvements, like more efficient battery and stuff.
Still they are nice. Transparent mode is great but usually don’t use it, since others assume I can’t hear them when I have AirPods, noise canceling is really nice.
Also spatial audio, and sound overall, soundstage sounded better than steelseries arctis 9X.
Just wish they had volume control.
