nvidias hardware acceleration works its just not fully implemented yet in wddm

current wddm model is 2.7, and hardware offload of scheduling isnt fully enabled until 2.9

its also why amd gets fucked by pcie bandwidth because to make use of the hardware scheduler, the driver sends the instruction to the gpu which gets processed by the hardware, then sent back to the cpu to get sent to wddm
