Regardless - Moving the "documents library" simply puts your Documents folder somewhere else. Windows (and apps) will still store whatever they feel like there.

Libraries are a feature introduced in Windows 7 basically letting you have a folder that has the contents of many folders.. Windows 10 has libraries hidden by default and reverted to showing only the singular folders because barely anyone used libraries
