Unplug PC from wall socket, remove BIOS battery, power on PC 5-10 times to purge any remaining capacitors. Wait 30seconds. Plug everything back in (still only GPU and 1 RAM) and see if it posts
If you have a reset BIOS button on motherboard, it does the same.

How do you get the PSU in? You remove the PSU shroud. That's strike 2.
How do you get cables onto the motherboard on the bottom side? (Audio, USB etc...)
You drag them OVER the PSU shroud from the single, tiny hole meant for PCI-E cables.
Mind - You have to drag all of those cables through the shroud while mounting it back on.
Where do you hide cables? In the tiny compartment in front of the PSU in the shroud) which has a tiny hole going into the back room.
