I don't think the performance difference will be that dramatic in practice, it's basically just a lower cu count. higher clock speeds probably and a faster ssd.

Another thing in the Netherlands is that if you own a credit card you are able to take on less morgage. But most people do not use credit cards.
In the shops we use debit cards an online we mostly use iDeal which is a payment system that works through every major bank in the Netherlands.
