If you're like me, you can't really see much reason for air other than weight and silence. Base m5 macbook pro having better screen, better battery, better port selection, and better cooling (even though just 1 fan). For just $200 on top of your config of air, you surprisingly get a lot.

Cousin asked me for help to fix his PC, PC doesn't boot neither in Windows nor into BIOS, LEDs on. CPU and DRAM led being on.
After removing the board battery flashing bios and trying to boot with one RAM stick it worked again, added the other RAM stick, booted again, seemed to be stable. I jumped into my car and drove home. Getting a message from my cousin that the PC had the same issue again after waking up from sleep mode.
I assume it's RAM failing at RAM training on boot up, gonna test that later by using one of my RAM sticks.
He got some MSI B650 motherboard, some Intel optimized RAM from G.skill and a ryzen CPU

It does not have to fail though. It is not something that's worthwile. Problem is as much gasket design as it is the liquid metal itself. some weak spungee material just is not reliable for a laptop lugged around vertically in a bag.

But yea it also does not seem to have enough of an improvement to warrant the hassle.
