i did everything

In case it was a driver issue i ran ubuntu live, i reset the bios, update the bios, checked for an actual signal, i also used multiple wires and i also re used the same original wire with my usb c to ethernet adapter and it worked fine.

Not only that the BIOS shows N/A for NIC

hmm lan cables are a bit finicky at times i had issues with the inwall one because it got a bit of dirt in the port thats the last thing id check

Yeah this can cause issues too, esp when the laptop doesn't properly switch over to clamshell mode

That is easy to fix though, in the settings you can enable "remember window locations based on monitor connection" and it will remember to switch off the internal display when you plug in your external display when you plug in

you can also try focusing a window and then using win+arrow keys to try move it
