Then later on you'll have option to choose type of installation - pick Custom
Then in "Where do you want to install Windows" delete all partitions and after all are gone click Next - Windows will make and format necessary ones by itself

u have to understand the bigger the screen the further u have to look on ur monitor physically to scan angles etc

27 is perfect imo for multiple uses
