yo guys i need help

so i was thinking about buying a 9800 x3d but the main problem is that i don't want to get a watercooler bc it seems (i never had a watercooler) like a big problem be cause of the constant needing of manteniance and short durability that they have. So i was wondering what aircooler should i get, but when i searched up for the best of the bests aircoolers i saw temperatures on gaming that didn't convince me a lot, they were near 75 °C while gaming (not full load) and then in full load i recall seeing temperatures like 85°C to 90 °C so i came up to a very unsatisfying conclusion: if i wanted good temperatures while gaming (60 to 70 °C) i most likely will have to go for a watercooler but that would lead me to paying and taking care of a manteinance service like 2 or 3 years after i got it; but for the other side, if i ended up buying an aircooler i would have to buy something like a noctua that doesn't have RGB (i would like to have rgb) and they're pretty expensive and big. So my question is, it is really that big of a problem to have a watercooler?

Anytime an OSD is on screen, it disables VRR when it popup up then enables it again once gone

The industry will never ditch Bluetooth as it's a ubiquitous standard. Apple, Google etc aren't going to risk alienating their entire customer base by eventually removing a feature we've used for decades at this point. Plenty of high quality peripherals and accessories will continue to be used beyond our current generation of phones etc.
