I'm 100% serious, you multiply sensor size by f number of the lens
If you buy a small sensor camera then put a super dim lens on it, it will capture a similar amount of light to your phone camera
Minimum to outperform would be either a tele zoom lens (Olympus 75-300 is best under a grand)
Or a f2.8 normal lens (sigma 18-50 or Olympus 12-40)
