but I did some quick research and found people using 3.5 slot cards without issues and my card is 2.5 slots so that would equal to 3.5 with that pcie slot placement

Some people are really good at making them look brand spanking new

Going as far as to reseal boxes, add fake if removed warranty void stickers over the screws

Hell even sending fake videos because the card will have the fans power on and rgb, they just setup a display next to it playing a video and show it "working"
