A 5800x, I can't even get 4 minutes through cinebench restarting my PC😭

I've tried turning co to auto, changing the offsets it still crashes

I'm gonna restart to bios default and try running it again

I said -20

I've tried -25 on all, -20 on all, turning it on auto etc and it was all just not working

I jus reset my bios to default settings and I'm running cinebench again to see if it crashes

2 stick cl16 3600mhz

In bios it says D.O.C.P 3597mhz

But turning xmp off makes my shit like 2000 sum mhz

If it crashes again I'll try that

Yeah I'm seeing if it crashes and then I'll figure out my settings, so far I'm 7 minutes in which is a huge improvement

My single core speeds are lower and temps a bit higher but it's not finished yet so I'll have to see

PCIe never ever resulted in meaningful performance since PCIe3

And I think that's simply just cause GPUs ain't powerful enough for the PCIe to start bottlenecking

Like, you lose what, 20% or so of performance when using a GPU as external via 40gbps Thunderbolt 3 connection?

You'd lose even less with 80gbps Thunderbolt 5, and PCIe is like 10x (8x after checking, TB5 is using PCIe 4x4, double that for PCIe 5) faster, consumer GPUs are unlikely to ever get bottlenecked by PCIe

They released the best open source AI (if you can run it, need like 400gb of ram at least), which can match the performance of a closed source AI. From the other people that tested it, despite being Chinese based, it's less censored compared to the American equivalent which lead to its usage being more desirable by many for creative usage. Also very cheap if using their API. I tested the smaller one myself and found its writing, although problematic on repetition, very noice.
