These @twilit parcel are his number 1 for headphones
I was thinking to get DT 990 pro, but i dunno
could i jsut get the headphones and be fine without all that other shit?
I yeah I was joking about the amp and DAC
https://www.linsoul.com/products/harmonicdyne-zeus-elite these are really comfy too
Daichi CCAW Voice Coil The Zeus Elite has paired the new diaphragm membrane with the ultralight Japanese Daichi CCAW premium voice coil, which makes driving the diaphragm effortless. look at these
DTs are quite okay, but suffer in top-ends and has those "hinges" that love to break
Slide me some good ones 🔥
cuz connor is gonna give me extremely pricey headsets that I do not need at all
Everyone looks like they like Audeze Maxwells
I'm going with FT1s and mic separately
Opps,my wooting 80 HE configurations with zinc alloy case had deadly defect! My usb plug board can’t dock the interface of metal case, which is almost impossible to change the interface shape! It’s higher than that !
MAN
someone sent me 1800 headphones

do those have swappable ears
Probably
I don't have them, so no idea
Was it preassembled?
Brother in christ, you don't have a budget like everyone
The solid metal shape give me no option even to fix it!
Answering a question that wasn't asked is very productive
Did you put the keyboard together, or was it assembled from factory?
Let the image illustrate!I will show u
no that does not answer the question
WE KNOW
This just adds so many questions to my existing list of them.
Like why isn't the daughterboard screwed in at all.
did YOU BUILD it or DID THE FACTORY
of course it’s all on factory!
it's not "of course" since they sell it in parts. you could've told us this 10 minutes ago when mansen asked
Just check my package not long ago
sorry for that
Raw zinc kinda answers that question
The case seems raw zinc that does not come preasembled
Yeah just a few minutes ago
waiit
the plot thickens

oh yeah true
I suggest looking at the assembly videos on youtube for the zinc alloy case
This board is supposed to be screwed into the case with two screws here. If those are just missing outright, and you didn't remove them, something went wrong from the factory.
You'll have to reach out to customer support for help with this (We'd likely sense you a PCR case for the screws and a new daughterboard just in case?)
I would not recommend trying to plug it in, if the daughterboard is just loose in the case like that.
Get in touch with Wooting. Order related questions, feedback, press or business proposals.
ain't that board just upside down
Ah yep the daughterboard does come built in on the case, ...usually
Tx,but it’s me who lose the screws when I found something wrong with it
Buddy...
As Mega mentions, you've got the board upside down. So that explains why the USB doesn't line up. Without the screws, you can't really safely use the board, as the connector and cables are just loosely coupled together.
out of curiosity does wooting print like "this side up" on those things
lmao
cause that would be funny
Maybe we ought to. 😄
They will soon
If you're reading this, you done messed up
How foolish am I !tx!
Thanks for the help goodnight
Love u guys!tx for help!
My new gaming cpu https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/cpus/threadripper-9000-cpus-spotted-with-16-to-96-zen-5-cores-shimada-peak-expected-to-max-out-at-350w
I summon those who love headsets to give me recommendations less than 160 euros
Finnish markets if possible 🙏
iems or only headsets?
when threadripper v3d
headset as in overears with mic?
Headsets cuz I got IEM's
9950X3D Ripper
I'm planning to get a new mic anyways
so just headphones
so it won't matter if there are mics or not
I haven't personally used them, but am planning on getting them, hifiman he400se seems like a good pair, they are openbacks though
senny HD560S if you can stretch the budget
191
you probably don't wanna get openbacks if you live in a noisy environment or want to block out pc fans etc
if you don't buy from scam-o-kauppa it fits your budget
I got 2 GPUs and one of em gets loud
is that a real store
xd, the store is called verkkokauppa
known to be pricey somewhat
I actually had a decent experience with a outlet gaming monitor
maybe look for closed backs then, if you mind the noise
with the warranty
Indeed
ah :D
their slogan is "most likely, we're cheaper" which is funny because they are not cheaper, they are usually on the more expensive side

Their warranty is pretty decent compared to gigantti
I don't know about that, I've only ever had bad warranty experiences with vendors
nobody wants to cover the cost so they always try to scam you and claim it's out-of-warranty damage or that "issue could not be reproduced"
Actually for me, I just showed the problem and they gave me a new monitor
It's all of Scandinavia yeah. I think Iceland also has a funni nam
Used to be a decent place to shop for hardware. But these days they don't sell any anymore, and they love trying to upsell you on useless insurance policies and TV "tuning" (aka. my colleague has to plug in their iPad to the TV for 2 minutes, that'll be 100$ please)
I've had bad experience from gigantti
me too, I don't shop there anymore
they are good if I need a random adapter on a friday night, I can probably just drive there and pick it up but outside of that, completely worthless to me
last thing I bought there was my old phone
tried to upsell me on a like 60 dollar screen protector
beyers are not good
insanely shrill treble
Fiio FT1
I tried a pair of these and they sounded really nice, and were shockingly comfy. my only concern was build quality, but that's to be expected at that price point.
For 60/70$ they're a great buy, even better if on sale
Yeah the YouTuber I like recommends them in the budget category
if you have a big head, just be wary of the hinges
it felt like the point it would break is when putting them on and slightly over stressing the attachment points to the headphones
Tryna find one that's below 160 and I can't find it. I'd need to look on other nordic online stores which I hardly know
what mouse should i get alongside wooting 60he?
depends on grip, budget, country, and hand size
fingertip grip, up to 120$, saudi arabia, idk how to measure my handsize lmfao
500 Hz 27 inch 1440p QD-oled.
We're probably not very far off from 1 000 Hz oleds.
can't wait for 1000hz

Ah yes the best pixel out of all
I still love this thing
I liked my pixel 2xl
I own 2 XL, 3 XL, 4 XL, 7 Pro and 8 Pro 4 is probably my fav
It still got the squeeze for assistant thing, and got face recognition that works in the dark
And the colored power button is such an eye catcher
I also like my s21u 😉
It have so many wrong and bad about it but I like it
I don’t like OneUI as much as Pixel’s
btw guys I have a new mouse
I have tried OneUI, it was good, but I don’t find it very fun to use. Idk it’s just so corporate idk
I actually like Samsung Experience better than OneUI
kids variant
It looks like kids mode one like OneUI or soemthing
I love blue shell
Hated my pixel 6a but first gen was awesome
Transparent blue shell pink dot hell yeah
goat
I didn't have the OG pixel but I wish I did, I love the 6p and didn't get the gen 1 Pixel cuz the 6p hasn't died yet
R u cleaning the shell or why did you take it apart
The 6a is pretty meh, it has the gen 1 tensor
Yeah, cleaning the shell cuz it's a finalmouse ulx aceu of course it has shit stains on the shell after a few months of use
was fast enough for me but their software was so ass and buggy
I think if I didn't use a black sleeve and I put it in a black bag for traveling it should have been so dirty
Nah Pixel softwares are good wdym
I liked it on my first one
way too buggy on my 6a
discovering new ones almost daily
Its less buggy than my iPhone 15 PM
on samsung now but was thinking of going iphone, ios my fav but I decided to try a foldable
I tried a Fold 3 for like 3 months, like the idea but too small for it to be useful (and the aspect ratio I forgot about that one) and not that many apps are optimized for the big screen
I want a Pixel Fold but it's hella expensive and hard to get
I'm on a fold 3 too
pixel fold lives in my nightmares, goggles software plus app issues 😬
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold look promising but the aspect ration still bugs me
lol I haven't used it so idk about that but I like the aspect ratio of it, more wide screen than a square-ish one
The Huawei one seems cool but Huawei software plus tons of "Huaweiness" don't seem to be worth a try
I like the 4:3 but I could definitely see people wanting other aspect ratios
4:3 is fine, when I was using the fold 3, looking at documents and scrolling on websites is a good experience. But when it comes to video it's not much bigger than my iPhone which makes it less desirable to keep in my pocket
Plus the weight (or thickness) and the fact that I keep two phones in my pocket it kinda drives me away from maining a fold and a slab phone
I thought the thickness would be bad but I don't mind at all
Even have a fat case on it, I don't have to carry a work phone in addition to it though, maybe that would make it worse
I don't really mind the thickness if I didn't have another phone to carry
damn fold 3 weighs 271 grams
more than my vr headset 👴
but it folds guys!!
ones that aren't 3 years old won't be as heavy
Definitely not for everyone, I like mine though
Got SN770 to work, turns out smart self-test doesn't get cancelled when you exit the bios screen after starting it
However, SN770 could crash with some workloads like ZFS or BTRFS filesystems
iPhone 6 Plus also folds
I have a 770 never had issues
Yeah, dunno how. Plus, I noticed my cpu was quite close to overheating and 5700x3d is stuck in Canada Post, so I cannot upgrade with a better heatsink yet
Now, I am not crashing anymore.
@ashen spindle yes I know you hate wccftech, but this isn't that bad of an article https://wccftech.com/valve-proton-experimental-update-nvidia-dlss-3-various-game-enhancements-steam/
Nvidia on Deckard eh?

This dont work on the Pixel 8A...but it does on the other Pixel 8s....
that mean it wont work on the 9A when that releases?!
2 pairs of buds2 pros
just like me
Yeah, he had to buy them just for this video 😅 cause he didnt have any compatible earbuds already
is the Wooting Alumaze60 just white coming with the band?
the alumaze comes with a black/white strap.
Or steam just trying to make Linux and steam os viable to regular consumers
They make money with their marketplace either way
Ah right SteamOS is now generally available innit?
I think I remember reading something about that
wasnt it for a long time already
That one was unofficial
Though I still don't see why you'd subject yourself to Linux but hey more power to all the tweakers
ah
New one still isn't fully afaik?
Makes a lot of sense for handheld atm
Windows just ain't made for that
Can you gamepass on SteamOS?
Windows could be made for that... if MS properly supported custom shells
And no, except for the game pass games that don't require using that Xbox monstrosity. Those might work..
You'd basically need an "xboxified" windows lol
Yeah see and they basically already have most of it done
Just let normal Desktop Windows use the Xbox shell
Yea until that is happening, and it's unlikely, linux is the better choice for that
Besides
Most people don't wanna play online multiplayer games using a controller and tiny display
Especially against PC gamers playing with kb&m and 4k monitors
It would be funny
People installing lite version of Windows made for handhelds on PCs just to get rid of as much of MS crap as possible
who woulda thunk
Hmmm?
Ah yes
Just make Windows 7 2.0 and people are happy
Yep .-.
Surely it's gonna get banned in EU?
Surely it's again GDPR?!
I wish AI bubble would burst already
Same
yaaa
they're using the ai buzz word to collect more data
Yas I wish humans r just way better
everywhere
How long did the crypto mining phase last?
afaik that it'll be encrypted and stored locally, so will possibly work in EU too
still bs
Is your photo L with wings???
Bout 3 years? NFTs took over by then
Yas what do u think
I love it!!!!
L and Near are my favorite Characters from that show 💜

Same
Hek yeh!
Time to buy another monitor
OwO ?
OLED is da best
I already have my 1440p280 for games
But one more for work would be useful
super ultra wide
triple excel/documents next to each other
I have source of very cheap monitors that being ones that they replace at my job
@distant tapir
triple portrait 1080p
I have same exact specs
Yeah?
Idk hi
Hi
That's the goal
That’s a lot of monitors
That would be so distracting.
O.o
True
...I want grapes now
Already have 3
But one is for IDE and terminal, second one is for browser, and third one for Discord, music player, and file manager
I need at least one more for VM
Mission Control setup
I really like having only one monitor. Had 3 at some point but I feel so free now.
Presidential monitor setup
I only have one now also
Cause I can't use my dual monitor arm on this desk .-.
Once I have a better desk without a back panel I'll go back to two
Same I think 1 or 2 monitors is good enough
I need to make some space on the desk
I have bench power supply, soldering station and stack of controllers there
But I guess if ur busy person u might need more 🤷♂️
Having two is very useful if you play Runescape.
But for me I don't really need more than 1 anymore.
Yikes I grew up playing Fortnite 🥶
5 nights at wooting
Just that I don't have cameras
dedicated youtube, discord, windows explorer, chrome, resource monitor, music
Also, it turns out my GPU undervolts really well
I really want a new chair but that's hard when I'm broke.
I want a Steelcase but they are not possible to get in my country.
(and they are very expensive)
Same bruh
I wanted aeron
I had that a few years ago but didn't like it.
Then I reliased I broke as shit
Dang actually
One thing that is important to mention for the Aeron is that it is VERY HARD.
I want something soft and comfy.
Dang rip
Same tbh
But idk really much about chair
S
which country?
I also think the Aeron I got was a size smaller than what I should have gotten. I followed the official height guide but it felt slightly small.
Norway.
How tall r u
184 cm
how much is the eurotech vera
I got the middle size but I wonder if I should have went for the larger one.
There is sizes
I ain’t even know dat
There are 3 sizes
rip
Selection here is very very small.
staples ayalon?
No.
Anyone know how long economy shipping takes?
Ordered a pcb Thursday and it still hasn’t shipped
Fwack sake, stupid AI, one thing when I can't in Google, ask Copilot, I get the same 3 answers and neither of those actually answer me
Had my fan connected to the pump so it would start up all loud had to change it
As an AI language model, I am designed to be unhelpfully helpful as possibe.
It does but it would start my fan really high on boot
and then turn it down immediately after?
shame
yeh! Just would get mega loud :C is all
Yeah, fluids has inertia

Friend wants one below 80 usd
G502 lightspeed with skypad 4.0. Feels nice for everyday use
based
Nope
Either something Chinese or something like the xm2we
I love this mouse
Get itttt
what
I understand dashi loving the mouse
her mommy said it was great and so she bought several
but like
"hardcore bible thumping trumpers"?
what?
Which skypad did u get
I wanna buy more skates after getting mine 💀
actually wallhack has fat black friday sales on amazon right now
I advise op1 8k
Got it, decent price, good feeling mouse
Can't say the same about their keyboards though
Seems like a great mouse if you don't mind wired
I liked the shape
No "grip pads" which wear out, so you can add your own on the sides, so the mouse is actually durable lol
Unlike all the razer shit
the 4.0, the latest one
it's still coated no?
Nice
It feels really good
I love the miku design one
absolutely not
terrible
hey guys i want to order the optimum case and some cables to go with it, but it says it wont get here till march. does that apply for everything in an order even if some items are availible now?
Yes.
ok thanks

Okay, looks like DVI-DP cables I'm going to need for monitors I grabbed from work will be more expensive than monitors themselves
wat? your video card doesnt have enough dp ports?
i have just the thing
hdmi is dvi* so that only requires a passive converter
i wanna see that asterisks explained cause hdmi is dvi is definitely not correct on its own
Monitors only have DVI-D and VGA
I am sure recent dell monitors already got DP ports by now
Even for business/office use
Those are very old, but still good IPS
I bought them back for 5€ a piece
the video signal is dvi
only in a backwards compatible mode
those sadly suck so hard for anything thats not excel/word
Also also - how much should I undervolt the GPU?
As much as you can while keeping it stable
of course lol :D
100%
I got to -115mV, ran Unigine and CP2077 benchmarks on maxed out several times and it didn't crash
It did crash at -125mV when starting any 3D app though
Just wish that coil whine would be a bit... less
what card is it?
7900xtx Phantom
fan noise is one thing.. but coilwhine is piercing
I mean you could try and find out which parts it’s coming from and apply some glue so it vibrates less
I mean if you get them from menus with 800fps that don’t get capped sure
Im not capping my frame since game when thats what I pay for specifically with a high end gpu lol
which device did you undervolt? GPU or CPU? which?
GPU
For CPU I only enabled PBO
How do I assign the Plasma Overview effect to a touchpad gesture??????
I don't wanna press Super+W every time
lanaquestioning
😭
Oh...
It's already bound but I have to use 4 fingers
Now I need to figure out how to bind it to just 3... Cause 4 is awful on this tiny touchpad
That is non-configurable one, I guess you'd need to use some external app
Ffs ;_;
Just bind Shortcuts > KWin > Toggle Overview to other shortcut or use DKS
I may go back to gnome
Plasma desktop on laptop sucks
You really need a proper mouse to use this desktop without annoyance
thats some brainrot engineering
No idea, I don't use overview
I just bound it to Meta for now
there are wireless hdmi adapters
kinda suck
uhh yea about that
new gen monitors can barely run wired
the "next gen" WOLED panels from LG will require DSC atm
im no dsc hater
raw they would require 100Gbit/s
yea but gl transferring that wirelessly
yup
even with DSC you have more than what you can do atm
unless you got direct line of sight
hmm
mind you this is just WOLED panels not LCDs
for da story gamers
nah but 240hz
damn they need a long time for rgb layout
is it still called woled then
welcome back joled
Plasma 6 edit mode is so awful when you need to add and rearrange widgets on a panel
5120x2160 is something I'd love to have. I watch a lot of movies that are in 21:9.
No. Because it doesn't use a white subpixel.
as someone with an AW3423DW it seems like an awesome size
though I would prob upgrade my GPU from a measley 3080ti first
ye but would lg really change the name
it's in their WOLED timeline but
Yes. Of course.
we will see ig
They don't really market their woleds as woled, just oled.
oke

Still 12GBs on 70 series card is so fuckin dumb
If the CUDA amount is correct, barely an upgrade over current gen as well
All will depend on architectural advantages and GDDR6 vs 7 I guess
cries in 10GB 3080
shrug
No game I can't run with my 10.
i can wait for the 8gb 5060
On higher resolutions a lot of games are easily kicking into 10s
But of course if Framegen eats up 2-3GB, then I can see why people want it 😄
I use 1k on my ulx too
||But I'm also a freak who uses 60hz still||
I'd like a 5070 Ti but I fear it's far out of my budget.
Isn't framegen like 500mbs?
In Stalker 2 DLSS-FG is like +500mb of VRAM
I think you are misremembering
I mean that's never impossible 😄
Anyways in Stalker 2 I run FG and it's pretty damn great
Yes I notice a lot of ghosting if I WANT TO notice it
Won't catch me with fake frames. That's just going too far.
If I'm just immersed in the game I don't notice it
It's amazing honestly
I'm sold on the fake frames
Like I can just flail around my gun with a laser sight on and the laser sight multiplies
Was easy to catch lol
But I do not notice that in-game when just playing the game, the effect just doesn't really impact me at all
I'm just happy to play the game in 60 FPS+
But wait remember it’s ai capabilities
Oh damn AI capabilities?
When AI becomes an actually meaningful thing in rendering tech, I'll care then
The way I do this is by just playing at low resolutions.
DLSS does that for me, I'll play at QHD
Vex are you back or just a rare sighting
It's really not
how... vexing
International confusion day today?

Isn't that tomorrow?
wait i thought it was international confusion weekend last weekend
Dunno why y'all vexed and stressed, go bunker down and calm your chill ass
$569 noctua psu
almost certain its quarterly depending on the moonphase
If it's based on the moonphase then it'd be monthly
gimme
Oh that's it, Mercury must be in retrograde
no as in middle every quarter if the moonphase is right its the day
right right that was it
Designed in Austria, Noctua's premium cooling components are renowned for their superb quietness, exceptional performance and thoroughgoing quality.
idk why the price is double lol
Also Thermalright just seems better in raw performance and they don't look weird
Looks like shit still
I was going to agree with you until you said that
Noctua has lost their performance leadership lel
All they have is just good customer support for all that matters
There's alternatives that are better for 3 times cheaper
Noctua is only good if you are going for warranty and support
It's not like they are even reliable, with the whole was it ball bearing fiasco?
Fans were making sounds and it was like 1% of all units for the 140$ new tower cooler they made
Which is why I can only give them points for support
They don't come on top in performance, their pricing is borderline a robbery, prone to reliability issues it seems, but if you want quiet systems and good support I guess, they are alright
so... are doors on or off when they are closed
Ehhh not really especially at higher rpm, they are still better at noise. It's just up to about 1500 rpm where others are better value at the same performance
I never understood the shilling of Noctua, never will
5080 12gb
...?
Mansen got tagged, yay
With what product does Noctua have a performance benefit over Thermalright?
Their fans are worse, the new supertower performs worse
And their pricing is 4x the price
I can't find such product, is it NF-F12?
Noctua NF-F12 PWM I guess?
Seems relatively new
I have 3 Noctua fans. Had them for a while now. They will probably last until the next decade. Whenever I get a new build I just reuse them. I really like them.
Source?
Hardware Canucks, they are the only ones who tests both intel and AMD
Some coolers like bequiet are great on intel but shit on AMD
How about X3D?
Yeah, I'm kinda surprised because on my cooler it got 84C or so at max
I almost bought some of these
But then I got these https://www.arctic.de/us/P12-Max/ACFAN00280A
https://www.telia.fi/kauppa/tuote/aoc-ag276qzd2-27/47304830 finally semi-affordable oled?
sry for elvish
27"
i want my 55" 480hz oled monitor
and 0% interest for the monthly payment plans
i might actually go for it
Telia exists here too, a good communications company as far as I'm aware
32 inch at 4k is great but not at 1440p
Wait that's a QD-OLED display, best you can get
For 500 euros that's a steal
Ah that's the catch, HDR 400, meh I don't even like HDR that much
Incredible panel though, Freesync Premium Pro, great brightness, QD-OLED, good size
If only vrr flicker didn't exist
And the fact it's 1440p imo works better because my 32" is just too big for me, and you don't want 4K cause that shit runs like ass
1440p 27" is what I have, and pixel density is great
I'm waiting for a miniled dual-hz monitor
Hey guys I have a question regarding RAM. Should I keep some CL 16 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM or should I upgrade to a higher speed but higher latency with DDR5 instead of DDR4 for RAM?
Is DDR4 good enough still if I were to upgrade to an AMD "9800X3D?"
Defo waiting for miniled, burn in is no joke and I've no interest in OLED that much either
Basically an ips version of 32GS95UE-B
ddr4 is out of question
You'll be buying DDR5 anyways, DDR4 is not a thing on Zen 5
Wishful thinking though, I wish that were the case
27 inch too big for me. I suffer.
Thank you guys for the info!!!
Big Ram forcing us to upgrade
I suffer in a 27 - 32 inch world.
Midgets in Wooting discord?
My old monitor is some cheap VA panel AOC 144hz 1440p from like 6 years back, works fine still but i really want to upgrade to an oled
I was lucky to snag some 3200cl14 before they died up
24" though is kinda small, 32" is too big
I suffer from mid sized display syndrome
i love my 27" 1440p IPS monitor :3
Recently built a beast pc aswell so having a high end monitor would really compliment it
d e n s i t y
49" uw
dual monitor> one wide monitor
Too many games have issues with multimonitor.
So if I currently am still using Intel 10th Gen for a processor, do you recommend me to upgrade the processor and change the RAM, or you think I will be OK with keeping the RAM? I had some Trident Z Royals CL16 3200MHz and was wondering if I should just continue on to use it or not.
UW is bae. I can have Discord on one half with Chrome on the other. Maximum productivity without having to spin my head around for a second monitor.
I was about to say there's more issues with uw than multiple monitors imo

dont see what changing ram does for you
Zip tie bdsm
This is completely untrue.
Thanks, so maybe better idea I should just keep them?
Completely depends on how close you sit to the display.
yes
4k at 32 inches with my viewing distance is quite visibly imperfect.
I would definitely prefer 32 at 4k
I'm at an arms length distance, but sometimes I lean in closer or back further. But arms length is my reference. Finger only a few cm away from touching the screen when I stretch my arm out.
It is not pointless.
It depends on the viewing distance... I 100% can distinguish them.
Quin been idle typing forever
If it showed me typing that was just the discord mobile bug
That’s what I have and it’s perfect
I want that ai monitor someone posted yesterday
24″ 3840×2160 184 PPI 19″ (48cm)
27″ 3840×2160 163 PPI 21″ (53cm)
Ai enable Minecraft X-rays
https://rog.asus.com/us/monitors/27-to-31-5-inches/rog-swift-oled-pg27aqdp/
Dude this is insane
Have people reviewed the anti flicker on that monitor?
Also I think someone got a dud of that monitor
@north tide
If asus can pull off a nice fps limiter algorithm to counter vrr flicker, then I might consider
The anti flicker was crap, i would not consider the VRR to be usable and an asus firmware bug which has been around for years on their oled monitors (multiple gens) bricked the monitor on day 12
This is the correct mindset
24" is where 1080p somewhat starts to fall apart, 32" is where 1440p starts to fall apart
Can't imagine going for more than 55" on a 4K, that's 8K territory
27" will always be my preferred display size for comfortable viewing, and with that I'll always run 1440p cause the pixel density is still very good
Remember when TVs were 32 inches?
Makes sense since both are ~92ppi at that point
Are they the same ppi?
Cause I have a Samsung 23.5" FHD and an LG 1440p 31.5"
I kind of hate both of them in a way lol, compared to my wonderful 27" QHD NanoIPS, but the LG is far nicer looking than the Samsung
Same technology on both Samsung and LG, shitty cheap VA, LG looks better in terms of clarity
1920x1080 at 24" is the same ppi as 2560x1440 at 32"
Both 91.79
And I hate the big size of the 31.5"
Maybe it's just the difference in QHD and FHD somehow
Or the panels are different enough
Yeah it's prolly that
But yeah my 27" is great, 1440p supremacy
I wish they made a miniled 27" in QHD at 16:10 aspect ratio
I'll never relent, give me 16:10 not this weird ultrawide shit
what intel is the best cpu?
what cpu und gpu should i buy if i want 240fps with no stutters in fortnite?
best cpu atm is amd 9800x3d
okey
?
together like 1200euros max
like mediuem settings
medium
i want a nvdia if its possible
geforce gpu
ou okey
thatll cost more for the same in the lower budget usually but a 4070 would be around the same area
Today I will do a performance test on my Ryzen 7 7800x3d & RTX 4070 12GB in Fortnite Battle Royale solos in Chapter 2 Remix! Please make sure to like and subscribe for more performance tests like this! If you have any questions on my pc build, make sure to comment!

its 3 weeks old
its a video 3 week ago
holyyy
500 fps would be enough
hahah
thanks for that im thinking about that,i need to look how much it is
im buying an readypc because i cant build an pc and dont have that much time yk=
On budget you should typically buy AMD though
Though 1200 euros you can work around with, 4070s are like 500 euros nominally, if you get lucky you get a Super
CPU? 200ish, mobo about 150, RAM is also about 110ish, that's 460 euros and around a grand already
Good PSUs are about 80 euros, good cases are around that too, that's 160
I would build it yourself
prebuilts usually up-charge quite a bit
It's doable to make a good rig for 1200 euros AS LONG AS YOU DIY
You will get a horrible product if you buy prebuilt
okey
Prolly not even a 16GB 4060Ti for that price, they'll peddle the 8GB 4060 for 1200euros
nah you can get good prebuilts if you are fine wiht paying more and it means you have their support fix things for you if you cant/dont want to deal with it
its a tradeof
Which country are you from @tiny tree
Why are they all facing to the side
You sit in front of the keeb, not to the side of it
Or is this for the "gamer grip" where the keyboard is so far to the side that it gives you carpal tunnel
austria
Austria iirc is expensive, does Mindfactory ship to you?
You'd better off buy from Germany, they are cheaper when it comes to prices
from where are they
aa okey
Idk if they do, but you know, Austrian - German relations, it's basically the same country anyways
yess
are they cheap?
Mindfactory and caseking are the cheaper ones in Europe that I know of
for austria use geizhals.at to check all reputable shops that sell computer parts
Also @tiny tree do you have any current parts that you would reuse in a new build? SSD? PSU? Case?
Cause rn buying from Austria it'd be hard to make a decent all new build for 1200 lol
These r sick
all 1800
im selling my old pc
So you went up from 1200 to 1800?
but idk how much i get for that
i mean cpu and gpu for like 1200
and rest 600
they arent they are just out of stock
yEs
can we write in private?
Nah I don't do DMs
You don't
what i dont?
I dunno if that's legal to say on Discord though
okokokk thankss
If you don't know, don't do it. -_-
oem keys my beloved
I don't even know if windows activation scripts are illegal tbf
microsoft probably doesnt either
Intel just got free 8B. Hell Im not opposed to free $$
I guess they should be? But it's kinda just abusing the whole feature when it comes to activating through organization
It's technically a feature?
i mean mansen mentoined kmspico a few times
mansen is a rebel
I don't know either.
But I do know that community members sharing pirated or illegal content is an existential threat to the very existence of this sever, and therefore absolutely 0 tolerance, including 0 tolerance for anything potentially similar.
i mean i bought a windows key for cheap
Yeah but there's a whole debate to be had if that's even illegal, it's definitely not piracy
I'm aware of the rules anyways
Yeah microsoft used to sell windows 8 copies for $10 a piece back in the day to get ppl to switch from 7. Snagged loads.
Microsoft certainly just doesn't care at all
Point being, if there's any question on the validity, the default reaction is to not post it. Not "let's post it and see if I get in trouble for it."
That's the last word on this topic, move on to something else.
I was mainly just waiting for Quin or Tony to say something since they know a lot more on that topic, point taken
I know tech and that means staying away from lawyers lmao
Anyone have any qualms with this build insofar? https://at.pcpartpicker.com/list/Wnt8Yd
Part List - Intel Core i5-14600KF, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower
That's for @tiny tree
14th gen lil sus
Prices on X3D are insane it's better to go with an interim but good enough solution
AMD non-X3D equivalents viable I suppose
Same price as 14600K
but am5
yeah but still x3d chip
tho on a budget am4 is still better bc of the 5700x3d

Meh R5 9600X will do fine
Still over 500fps from performance to low
is intel good?
7600 for even cheaper
Not at the moment
okey
7600X and 9600 are not all that differently priced
so amd is better?
7600 non x?
AMD is nowadays better cause they don't break on you
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower
I updated it then
okey thanks
Sounds like a bit of a sidegrade over 14600K but you will not be on a dead platform
If AMD releases a new CPU in 2 years from now, you'll be able to buy that and upgrade directly with no additional purchases needed
I wouldn't choose that ssd for a boot drive
Unlike Intel
It's fine, we talked about it like a year back
I rather just spend a few more bucks for something with higher TBW
That crucial tbw is one of the lowest
https://at.pcpartpicker.com/list/jNp29C, fine, updated
Now with 850X, can downgrade to SN770 and it'll be again 1800 on the dot somewhat
Guys I got 2.5k euros aside
I'm ready for a build
2.5k is a 4080 super or if you're lucky a 4090 build
Though 4090s have been like 1800 euros or more lately so bleh

Just get a 9800X3D and 4080 Super, 48GBs of fastest RAM you can get, it'll be fine
There's a new motherboard I read about from Giggy, I think X870 Aorus Elite that's like "perfect in every way"
Mhhhh "perfect"
Though it was expensive
I like the nova wifi from asrock
I forget what I read, it was defo a Jiggy product
He forgor
I will have around 1 900 euro for my build. Aiming for maybe a 5070 and 9800X3D.
Yeah it was this
B650e taichi lite
But damn i could pull some spice
Damn that's not even that expensive, 280 USD for that
Regular x870 is a glorified b650e
Though I'm still confused by wtf is a wifi7
I'm yet to care about wifi6
Why we just jumping gens on wifi, speeds on fiber are still the same
Need to penetrate the walls better
So 9800x3d 4080 super and 48gbs ram
Tho how much power for the psu 💀
atleast a 1000
850W is a safe value
750w is enough or 850 there
4090 can run on 550W iirc
Could get away with 750 on a high quality unit
Just get a normal Gold 850W, it'll be fine
I've bought an 750W Gold PSU recently that was heavily discounted, think it was an Asus ATX 3.0, incredibly quiet PSU
Oh and since it's Nvidia it should have the stupid ass cable inside, so check whatever PSU you're buying to include that PCIE 12pin thing
Or was it 14.. 16pin?
The deranged connector that Nvidia peddles
The new one should be fine 2x6
Or whatever
I'll be honest, 12vhr doesn't have the same big dick energy as triple 8-pins
Mhh found an rm850x for 127€
Is it ATX 3.0?
3.1
That's damn good then
From what I've read ATX 3.0 matters more than all the 80+ certifications
It's just a new more efficient standard

Wait, did they do this change just cause of the 4090 cable fires?
idk im still on a non atx 3.0/3.1 psu
That whole burning cable situation was so funny a few years back
and i kinda dont wanna upgrade my PSU just for that
Still waiting on cybenetics diamond tier PSU ;_;
I'm on ATX 3.0 on a shitty 6 year old GPU and it's really damn nice
Very quiet PSU
i dont think that im gonna change this PSU for a few years
The noctua one, it is time
tho im kinda want a new gpu
Maybe PCIe will have a revision one day where we can finally ditch all the cables and just feed the GPU through PCIe with enough power to fuel a 4090
I still have a cableless GTX 1050Ti that just sits cozily in a slot
That 1050Ti that still runs to this day is still cozy though
Or maybe amd releases a more power efficient and cheaper 7900xtx
Rumours kinda speak only around 7900XT performance though
40 series gpu's are soo hecking overpriced
Though tbf we are just about to get Battlemage in December
Maybe Intel will pull off a miracle..
(that was part sarcastic)
No? It's launching in a few weeks
So i can play all the new games i want to play on max settings and all that
If these are around.. 300 euros?
And performance is maybe around a 7800XT/GRE
Honestly.,. I'd be maybe a bit tempted

Doing the reverse from what you might have done a few years ago
you dont know mifcom?
And cpu and intel gpu
Mifcom sounds suspiciously like milfcom

What price
Uhh, nah
You are getting scammed on the GPU
For 1800 euros I'd expect a 4070 Ti Super minimum
If optimized you can even aim for a 4080 Super
I did send you a partpicker link that already has a build with really good components that totals 1800 euros
but i need to build it by my own
and has now windows
but im really dumb haha
Watch a Linus Tech Tips tutorial
There‘s a pov video on linus tech tips that shows you the entire build process
yea but not that much or? like 100euros
okay chat question, upgrading from a 6700 xt to a 7800 XT it is worth it
No
And like 2 entire detailed full guides
What price is the 7800XT
If it's around 500 just get the GRE
I've seen some cheaper 7800XT's in mid-400s which are an okay buy tbf
6800XT is a better card though
Yeah rn with CES just around the corner I'd wait to see what AMD is doing with their mid-range cards, typically they are really strong and well priced
hello
Nvidia is also.. cooking, or existing is the better word cause they've stopped cooking since GTX 1080Ti
all prices i list is the cheapest soo 7900 XTX cost 904 euro from 2nd hand
7900GRE 620 euro, 7800 XT 510 euro
Country?
Hungary
does anyone know if wooting gives out their 3D model of the 60HE? i'm doing client work related to wooting and don't have it
it’s on their github
