Well, inflation hardly matters for stuff you buy in Germany, bc your wage is inflation adjusted (yearly inflation raises) and the stock returns already take that into account. Good rule of thumb is 2-3% of your house value is to be saved each year for future repairs. So Lets say your apartment is 200k. You have to save 4-6k each year for future expenses so just add ~5k per year.

Given the name and a quick search the xlr version connects to an audio interface and the usb one directly to your pc. Sound wise they should be similar enough.

If you are spending this much on a mic, you really should be doing more research though.

It really depends on if you want to use an audio interface or not, makes little sense to use the more expensive USB version. If you have an audio interface, plan to use that or plan to get one, makes little sense.
Main benefit of the USB version is that it would be a less bulky setup.

Because it’s such a dim environment the closest you could come would be static light being baked in but then you have non accurate shadows when things move or the day cycle goes on

Everything that Cyberpunk did with RT can be done with raster at fraction of the peformance cost. They just chose not to do it. Same goes for every other game with RT. With some of the worst examples being Control where they straight up do not use SSR or basic cubemaps on highly reflective surfaces that then gets "fixed" with RT.

There are multiple "cheats".
For RT reflections you can use camera reflections (or planar reflections as they are also called). By putting a camera into the reflection surface that then renders what it sees. This tech has been used since late 90s.
For RT shadows you have stencil shadows, most famous for appearing in Doom 3 and FEAR. They scale with any resolution and can realistically be put on every object from every dynamic lightsource with negligible performance impact on today's hardware.
For RT AO, you can pre-bake all of that and only update it when necessary.
