My laptop has a VGA port but for some reason can't do any more than 60 Hz when connected to my CRT. It can do 420p at 60, 1440p at 60, but not 420p or any higher at more than 60. Why is that?

And yes I have been using CRU but the OS just won't let me pick anything above 60 at any resolution.

My argument was that zen3 was great in both of those which can be fact checked in benchmarks from a valid source i.e GN or igorslab. 10900k and 11900k had better lows in same games but you can't pick the 3 games where that is the case and call it a better product. There was some FFXIV benches from GN at the time but mmo benchmarks are wonky anyway as you can't reproduce results in a consistent way. 10th gen was pretty good in black desert and new world though from what I remember. For esports titles zen3 was the go-to at the time though

mp4 only supports m4a and AAC if I remember correctly
