i mean it could also be some SI lock. i know some companies have contracts with mobo vendors to get specially signed bios/uefi images. if that happens you cant flash the bios/uefi from gigabyte or such directly anymore but have to go through whoever the SI is. (I had one of those cases where i 100% new i was looking at the right mobo due to having a parts list)

you can of course resolve those by manually flashing the image with a programmer but you have to be 100% sure its that board and not some other revision/model

The issue on wukong is that without TAA/fog you can see that they made it look really shit with just bad decisions like way too small foliage so they dug their own grave and would introduce flickering in the leaves because they can’t be properly rendered in low resolutions

realistically proton would do their job for them. as for cheating, linux is such a small percentage of players that realistically it wouldn’t effect cheaters all that much. I doubt most cheaters are going to switch to linux just to cheat on fortnite. I don’t even know if people will care enough to take the time to make cheats for linux.
