high end boards generally have more layers which can lead to better memory speeds, you can extra support for extreme overclocking, you might get more expensive pcie bifurication so you have more options how to use the lanes you have from cpu and chipset

nah, most theaters are dramatically more careful with handling their film than letting it get covered in dust and bs
grindhouse is called that because once the film is over, or heavily used, it would be sold for cheaper to a grindhouse, where it would be shown until the film snapped, degrading the quality far more than a regular theater would see
