Animations aren't the problem. Many basic programs do often have a noticable delay when opening and closing them. It's not an issue on my PC with a 10900K that's always running at 5.3ghz but on my laptop I do feel it. Especially when it's unplugged and my CPU is running at about 1.8ghz.

If you have a 480 Hz monitor you can reach 480 fps of motion clarity in any game running at only 60 fps.
60 native fps + 4x frame gen from Lossless Scaling = 240 fps. And then with 240 Hz BFI you are getting 480 hz of persistence/motion blur.
