When you say gaming, I'd reccomend neutral/flat gear. Because it's more representative of what the audio engineer intended when making the game. I had some old turtle headphones with mini speakers in it, and apparently half of the wires broke over time. It was a rude awakening when I could finally hear bass on a replacement headphone xD

They have a Jot 1 with the multibit dac (2x AK4490's), I think in the new one they added a AD5547 DAC instead. After 2 years, I think I had the USB module die on my 1st one, so they replaced it under warranty.
