That depends on the keybind. Keys that have a toggle will show the option to do an "on" colour (small circle inside of the key)

first, thanks for helping out. in my case i use num0 as mute button while gaming. it would be nice to have an optical feedback on the keyboard. only option i found so far is to bind scrl to the physical num0 button so it alternates the colour of the scrl button. is there any way to let the num0 button on the keyboard also alternate it?

Since you can’t get macOS on iPad I don’t think burn in will be a big issue

Since iOS and iPadOS I’d imagine are easy to optimize for this

Actually since you have two layers for less bright scenarios they can probably do tricks with switching between two layers to even more minimize burn in
