At least with hand drawing, you need to account for motion in a real way and account for motion blur.

If you can't double the number of animation steps without considering it a difficult task, your 30fps animation was jank and stuttery to begin with.

Based on what I heard of its implementation on that Avatar game, it's really good

FSR2 needs to play catchup to DLSS2/3.5 though

It seems that the perfect game renders the game in 3 separate stages

The input stage, the game render stage, and the UI stage

Input can be rendered in like some 540FPS at which it's basically insane, and if you detach it from the graphical rendering, can be absolutely amazing to deal with low FPS scenarios

Of course, if they allowed people to use it, they may as well have had a bios option to enable avx512 by disabling the ecores.

Now they don't have to validate the avx512 portion of the chips at all.

and thats some of the better reasons why it was disabled there, though you could argue still benefit to just have it and disable that one in microcode

AMD would in this case probably just have made it a bios toggle and label it experimental or something.
That would of course have been best. Still without issues the chips run at lower frequencies with avx512 and enabling it would require some extra validation runs, not needed on the chips with it enabled.
So it could also be a choice here, even if avx512 no longer has issues.
