If that fails, try to boot without RAM and check if mobo screams about RAM not being present, either by beeping or by LED

After some consideration, I’ve decided to wait for the new QD-OLED displays from Alienware and Asus to be released in January 2024 or sometime in Q1 2024.
In the meantime I’ve went with a replacement, but still decent display I’ve seen many good reviews about for the price:

Still, replaceable batteries on EVs should be a standard, hot-swappable even better
Teslas have "replaceable batteries" but you still need to go through them, you can't do it by yourself or ask a mechanic to do it

And ideally all batteries would be standardized and switchable between different vehicle models and brands

Pretty much, but they do this with nitrogen oxides, and it's far easier to reduce nitrogen oxides than carbon ones

diesel regen burns more fuel to increase heat to remove crusty nonsense from the engine
and carbon monoxide is a higher energy state than carbon dioxide, so any reaction requires more energy input (in this case heat) to proceed

Nope

There is a filter that catches soot at low rpm and acceleration and burns it at higheay

So many people only do city and no highway, they need regen

You make all the heat instead of using waste heat

A lot of vehicles if you get the warning about regen and you just take it on the highway for 20 miles it will burn less fuel than regen

A forced parked region takes one to two gallons

Where is highway just generally drops you about 30%

And it's better for the vehicle because forced region has massive under hood temperatures

You lose a d e f sensor on a brand new skid steer and you have a paperweight

It goes into limp mode which doesn't have enough torque to actually move the unit off-road

Now you have to tow a 12k+ lb brick to a trailer

Or worse my dad's jeep

Def sensor is way to one side of tank

So if it's 1/2 empty and you are off road it constantly goes into limp
