everything's gonna limit you at one point but you can get pretty nice images with the right setup but not the greatest sensor

small sensor does actually have serious advantages for detail in an image
if you want to capture as much in focus on a larger sensor, you need a much smaller f number
and the same f number gets you the same light
so an f16 that you need to match an f1.8 on a smaller sensor will be massively lower dynamic range if you cant get a long enough shutter

and the f16 will have serious diffraction issues even at 12 megapixels

and the tiny sensor will still have more in focus

I already worked around Nvidia for a few years before switching and it mostly felt like an improvement, even when the drivers for my 7900xt were not that mature at the time.
Not saying AMD is perfect on linux but in general usage it gives me less headaches than Nvidia.

I had montors at 165hz, 144hz and 60hz, so not ideal, same with VRR. On the desktop especially, games could make use of the higher refresh rate, and I did sometimes for VRR disable everything but my primary monitor.
Sadly that came with another problem, my 2 gigabyte monitors constantly try to reconnect themselves unless you turn them off, which triggers an update of the active displays / update of the panels. So really not ideal or stable.
