The problem is that Apple does not background app refresh unless the app has location permissions, which is really fantastic for privacy, but if you want to circumvent that, you just have to give them location permissions.

I have 3200mhz CL14 with B Dies because when I built this rig back in 2018, it was known that Ryzen (at that time 2700x) has problems with hitting XMP profile speeds

That old concrete box sure had a lot of things going for it once modding became a thing. It essentially became the first true media center console, which shaped the 360 from ground up.
It was mindblowing to run games, movies and tv series from your console. Watching anime, and the latest TV shows was amazing. It's a big reason why the 360 felt like a media center with gaming tacked on after the fact. Microsoft saw the writing on the wall...they just kind of read it backwards 😄

Just make sure they are deep enough when you put the on the edge of your desk that you can still move the mouse wherever you want and that you can still have your keyboard on it.
For me the depth required is 500mm - 600mm for that, but it may vary from person to person.

Only games with custom anti-cheats don't work, but BattlEye or EAC don't have problems really, Apex Legends still works great for example

Oh right, android moved away from partition based encryption, so that makes things easier as long as there remains free space.
Only drawback of the sceme is that the phone needs to be in a functional state before being able to send in for repairs.
Ideally you would always allow such a repair mode and have an option to disable it in settings, lot of repairs happen when you don't have a working device at all.
Either way my bootloader remains unlocked so not really relevant to me.
