If you want Ubiquiti your choice is the UDM Pro SE for Unifi, if you're ok with UISP for management you can go with an Edgerouter Infinity but good luck finding one below a grand, perhaps check marketplace or some other used goods group.
For like super (super) budget 10gig you could easily just grab some ConnectX 3 cards and run a custom build with PFSense, but you aren't getting glass panel using that.

NVIDIA just released some @MLPerf performance numbers for GH200 that are saying its +17 % faster than H100. More memory and higher BW is what NVIDIA is talking about, because the H100 GPU inside GH200 has the same performance characteristic than the H100 itself.
