if you are using secure dns to get into the vpn however, and your vpn is hosted in a public cloud, the only information they would know is exactly the cloud provider and that it is vpn traffic

its likely they would be able to nail down the vpn provider, but possible they couldnt

if you just use secure dns, they have a complete list of ips of the websites you are visiting
