The reason so many people hate borderless mode is because some games, too many, use the wrong kind

They use like Copy with GDI, which gives terrible latency and jittery performance

W11's new feature can make any borderless game use the proper flip model

before I had to use SK to do that.

Regardless, I recommend anyone here use SpecialK for a host of amazing features. #1 is it's ability to make games into HDR.

Trouble is that if you buy your games online with Steam you kind of have to. You're not downloading an installer you can run on another PC. It just installs it directly.

I used Steam Offline mode successfully for like 9 months

No issues
