I found it absolutely insane that the 4090 shipped with DP 1.4, and not 2.0
With DLSS 3.0 the card was quite literally designed to push 4k to large refresh rates with HDR uncompressed. But Nvidia blasted its kneecaps right off with that decision.
To me DLSS 3.0 is a waste of a feature because of that DP 1.4 limitation, as even if I bought a monitor capable of taking advantage of the extra fake frames I would likely need DP 2.0
