Of course they compare to HBM2E and not HBM3 which doubled the pin transmission and some other changes so it's much faster.

I wouldn't be surprised if cost is a small premium if none compared to GDDR6X now as they were expensive! Non X was still reasonable price mind.
I do wish AMD continued with it on a consumer high end products, it certainly helped reduce board power to allow for that to be spent elsewhere

Ultrawide is great as long as the game supports it properly, you can have a wider FOV which is actually an advantage.
For work it means having more width for side by side Windows which is great. 3 way merges are much nicer on my 34inch ultrawide than the 27inch monitors I used but it's always good to have multiple anyway

Mine had very average backlight bleed but the IPS Glow was more significant especially as it's flat so you are more likely to see it.
No real worse than my three dell dg27 though but these were much faster panels overall in motion.
I preferred my dells to it if I had the choice and they can be found for like £200 refurbished or up to £280 direct from dell

There are so many VRMs you wouldn’t need the fan even on LN2

Ignorance is bliss in this instance! Once I went to high refresh rate monitors I couldn't go back it felt horrible even for very simple tasks.
But before I was fine with 30 to 60fps no biggie, I even played crysis for longer than I should have at sub 15fps because I couldn't wait for a new card haha

So Lenovo sent me a replacement... which had a ton of dead pixels... returned that... now waiting for a 2nd replacement.
