They are not the same but still fairly similar.
Still comfort is definitely not great on them for me at least.
Replacing the pads with thicker ones and having an eq profile to compensate helps, but I am still thinking about getting something else than my 6xx.

iem's are great and all for an hour or 2 but definitely no replacement for full size headphones to wear all day.

If you use one with replaceable cables you can add some tws adapter to run them on bluetooth. You will get ear hooks but honestly they are fine.
