@ashen spindle okay well the easiest way of explaining it is, fortnite allows you to use a controller and keyboard at the same time, controller has some buttons that are not able to be used on keyboard for example: confirm edit. I would just map these two gamepad/controller buttons on keys in the wootility app but I am also using an analog stick to move, under my keyboard, so it takes up the controller slot 1 of an Xbox controller, so I cant use the wootility app for gamepad imput and the analog stick at the same time, but wooting double movement uses a digital DUAL SHOCK controller which can simultaneously run in controller slot 1 with my analog stick so I need to get more buttons in wooting double movement so I can do this.

so then instead of the app you'd want the analog SDK, but also there you'd need to code it yourself or find someone who can do it for you

The only actual way to judge usage is tdp%

And you can also assume a GPU bottleneck if the GPU usage % is 99

That doesn't mean the GPU is being fully utilized tho

Well the utilization % was confirmed by several GPU engineers to not be a useful metric to judge the usage of the gpu

The tdp% at least tells you how close it is to to being theottled

If you are thermal throttling before power that's on you

If you do the math for the switching losses of transistors vs transistor counts vs frequencies you can see how important power is as a metric

I'll bet $100 that getting a faster GPU would improve your framerate tho

now the x3d is faster, but thats the only faster cpu that meets my reqs

has the lane count but is banned from any slots over x4 from chipset
