HDR400 is just a display standard branding, it can achieve like 400 nits.

HDR10 is the metadata for HDR signal, same as like Dolby vision.

HDR400 really may as well not exist it's abysmal. You can't have real HDR without OLED /QD-OLED or mini LED.
