the point was that unlike with a cpu, where you updgrade and can keep the same cooler, you dont do that with a gpu unless you already have a custom setup

Dwarf Fortress can't be beat in terms of video game violence There aint another game where you can rip off someone's arm and beat them to death with it before using your other hand to take the knife off their belt and throw it in the face of someone else.

was a bit disappointed in that playing crysis, game had a great setting for it with plenty of foilage and stuff to hide in but somehow the enemies would easily spot you sitting inside a bush 100 meters away

@willow quiver like visually the game is presented flat but you can travel up and down, as in layers. and there is indeed actual physics. You can legit fill a mining cart full fo rocks, push it down a hill and watch it go faster and if it goes too fast around a turn on the rail it will not only derail it will shotgun those rocks and most likely horribly maim and kill whatever was around it.

2 has the best, inuitive map designer (with hacks). You can actually make interesting neighborhoods where houses touch each other (zomg! what innovation)
3 has citywide simulation, meaning everything actually happen and letting you visit a neighbor or go to fucking work without freezing the rest of your family for hours, and then praying the game pretends they did things you wanted them to in that timeframe.
4 is... pretty? I guess? It has less house customization.
Oh yeah - 2 had actual custom apartments for shared housing buildings. 3 had... skyscraper floors with fake neighbors. 4 has neither.
