Right so here's my alternate answer for this problem.

Run a hypervisor on the Deck and just have 2 VMs you can hotswap between. There'll be some GRUB passthrough that'll let you.

Probably annoying to setup, but you can always just backup proxmox to an SD or cloud storage for a restore if it ever becomes a problem.

Benefit here being you'd have access to LXC and everything that comes with Turnkey.

So, database/game save backups/etc.

Only played the base game. And it was so bad that a single soldier getting alerted would turn the ENTIRE base into a warzone. Cause it took so little to break stealth accidentally.

Every simple base capture could change from a 5min stealth mission to a 30min hellscape of having to fight an inch at a time.

yeah the arenas and getting shrine pieces and shit got old

Once I hit 35 or 36 I just did dungeon runs to level up the rest of the way

the maps in bl3 were just way too large

and felt dead in comparison

where in bl2 most stuff was deliberatley placed

oh for sure. Took forever to get anywhere unless you just wanted to fast travel every 20s

bl3 felt like they just defined a few spots

and the rest was just winged

in wonderlands they just either have random tiny maps

large maps that are stitched together from whatever (like the forest) and then the occasional more linear map

at least at the point where I am at

I think the only big area I remember is the area with the Goblins

but apart from that place I mostly ran from point A to B for the main story

There was 2 or 3 maps I didn't even go into even. I noticed after I finished the game and was getting all the shrine pieces
