I guess, if there is no variation or chaotic elements to the fights, that if you rememeber everything he does you can always prefire. But that also means there's no RNG and the fights aren't dynamic enough imo

oh there is rng to fights but you can prepare for that and have either ocd running so you move during cooldowns, or have instant casts ready that work while moving etc.
