Anyway, some people that read the study made this program https://github.com/Whisperrr/SensitivityRandomizer and I think they misunderstood the circumstances for the study.
The program they made changes your sensitivity basically every second it moves within a random range. Meanwhile the study tested people that learned how to use one sensitivity and then 6 hours later learned another sensitivity.
The study was not done with a computer mouse itself to avoid biases but it does mention that the same knowledge could be applied to computer mice.

I only have issues with sensitibity is the camera movement in a game is strange, in Control for example, I cant get the camera speed correct, its either too fast or too slow
meanwhile in Black Ops 3 it's spot on perfect for me

Yeah, the aiming group I mentioned earlier understood the study as "Practice with your normal settings for the first session, then later the same day use different settings. The next day, go back to your normal settings."
The study itself seems to imply that doing exactly that does help with motor skills but I'm not sure how much that would help with aiming in games.
