Had I known about the Eidolons before I did them I wouldn't have had nearly as much fun.
I do get where people come from when they bitch about not having their hand held, but that does ruin the experience of exploring and adventure you get from a game like WF.

Plot needs connection I'll say, but my god enough with people bitching that it doesn't give you a solid direction.
Subnautica gives you 0 direction in the beginning, absolutely nothing.
It just drops you in the ocean, gives you a few tooltips, and then you go off.
MMOs are more complex than that, I understand, but it ain't something you need a degree for.
Unless somehow "Let's go explore the planets and see what's there" needs a degree I haven't yet heard of.
Or maybe perhaps "There's a line that connects these 2 planets, I wonder how I do that, maybe I'll zoom in."
