The hard fact is that you get so many guys lining up for labor hire that're better suited for the job.
Call me sexist or whatever, but on average a woman isn't suited for high intensity labor.
On average there just isn't enough upper body strength, and because of that it gets physically dangerous.
Nobody wants to pay medical fees, so they don't do it.
Now, if you have experience it's a whole different story.
With experience any labor company will hire you, doesn't matter.
But we're talking people coming out of a game company with an awful reference.
That is not conductive to a decent job.
As I said, either moving stuff or running delivery. Not enough to support a family.

I hit 50 much earlier than the main story expected, so I was overleveled for almost every quest towards the end and lost access to abilities.
And if you grind just a bit for marks, you can buy overpowered gear for the next expansion and get a real headstart.
(And then add your chocobo helper for even more)

nah even with tank it would've had some time to find a group, bc lv 80 trial, so people <80 dont queue it for xp bonus leveling and people at 80 usually do the extreme/hard versions for more challenges/loot
