The setup process was odd
First when I turned it on, it asked to connect to wifi but it couldnt see my wifi network, so I restarted the network in 2,4GHz and finally it could connect
Then it told me I had a software update and I said ok
Took me to the local account creation screens and I made one,
Then I got asked to link this account to a nintendo account, so I said ok and then it said it cannot do that until the software is up to date
so I had to skip that step and continue
Next it told me how to disconnect the joycons and to do it now and see how it works
