   Now let's look at what the factions COULD become at the end of the game.

5. BoS, under Namara or Hardins, is still weak although manage to either 1.1) patrol the highways 1.2) Retake the energy plant from NCR, either way, they are not a controlling force in the Mojave.

6. Legion is still being legion

7. House kicks out all other factions, and still doesn't give a fuck about poverty, all he wants is technological progressivism

Now, why NCR is the superior choice here, assuming Courier helps them recover

1. NCR is plagued by raids and also their own corruption, but that is routed out by the Courier
   1.1) Ranger captain feeding false info under a false image of NCR fighting a false war and lowering morale is stopped. NCR Rangers easily win in the Dam, connecting a major important asset into their arsenal

2. NCR can't do shit about Fiends due to Legion being top priority. With Legion dealt with, NCR returns to protecting caravans and dealing with raiders
