I enjoyed it because it was free. If I had actually paid to play CoD WWII I would be very disappointed.
That said I did reach max level in the beta and unlock everything, which didn't take long. There just isn't much there, and the skill ceiling is so low that I don't see a point of playing it much.
It's sort of the way I felt about Dice's Battlefront

It's... like a really simple, dumb device.
You control it using a smartphone or tablet (or PC I guess) and tell it what to stream. So you open a video in a youtube app and click a button, then it orders the Chromecast to play it instead.
It has no remote controller or any kind of an OS. If you wanted to stream video from say a PC or a NAS, you'd need to install a PLEX server on that, as well as use a Plex client app on the phone to get it to do anything.
This simplicity however makes it idiot proof and very easy to setup and bring along.

I had a spike of both framerate and network lag before I got the boot that I didn't think much of, but... Depending on how intensive whatever scan they're doing is, it could be anything from a simple dump of the process list to a whole scan of the drive to someone remoting in to take a peek.

I think Destiny in particular might have issues with spoofing a controller. The game gives you aim assist even on a M+K, but it gets a lot stronger on a controller. I can see that being more annoying than it currently is.
Also having aim assist on a mouse is a terrible experience, making tracking things quite difficult.

The game has a bit of bulletdrop as far as I can tell, even at shorter ranges. You almost always have to aim slightly over a head to get a headshot.

Rocket League or LoL seem like obvious choices. Free and easy to get into. Fortnite is an option, but there's a lot of downtime once you die, if the entire team doesn't die at the same time.
Overwatch is my personal favourite, but it's obviously a game you need to buy. TF2 maybe?

People definitely suffer from rose tint when it comes to WoW. They keep harping on about the things that made it SO much better, but casually forget all of the bad. Like hunters needing to buy arrows, classes with no true purpose or locked into a single role

Hunters were the ONLY class that needed to actively buy things to stay running. Arrows, pet food and needing to cut down on carrying space due to aforementioned.
Druids didn't have a proper role till Burning Crusade.
The lack of any kind of a grouping system meant you'd sit at a cave entrance for a good 30 mins or more yelling at people to teleport in, because they were across the continent.
I mean the list goes on. Even BC had a ton of issues, and that was WoW's golden age imo.
It was just as much a question of making it bearable to serious players.
They THINK they want it. And then it dawns on them what they forgot sucked about it when they get it. It's what Blizzard (and oh so many players who actually played it seriously back then) have been saying for years.
I have no issues calling it a dead launch already.

It's very noticeable. I've tried a 75hz and a 100hz previously, but this one has a really good response time as well as the 144hz and it makes such a difference.
I really wasn't joking when I said it made my McCree play so much better. I always tend to be slightly off at range when using him, but now I'm getting headshots quite often without trying.
