Pretty cool concept. You're essentially a robot that becomes sentient for whatever reason - It plays out like a fun and weird mix between choose your adventure, Xcom and builder.

Gotta have different types of first aid kits, like bandages, painkillers, splints, everything
How many mags you have is how many you can reload, you don't know exactly how much ammo you have in mag unless you count
And want to move ammo from one mag to another - sure, but there's animation for every single bullet
Plus no hitmarks, no radar, if you play with teammates there's no overlay where they are, so better buy armbands so you won't shoot each other by mistake
Tarkov is far away from spectrum of extraction shooters, and fully on spectrum of autism

Even if you didn't download the backup, there's a ton of people who could share it with you, backups are the same for all people
And there are even solutions that let people host their own CDN servers for Steam, for example for LAN parties

Or in a pinch you can copy game files and crack the game
You can't do either of that on any console

In a pinch you could make people install games from it to console internal storage, pretty sure that people would prefer that over keys on cards

But, you know, Suika Game for example didn't really need SSD speeds to run
