Mostly ai behavior being less interesting, dogs not scattering after you killed some. Things like that, Anomalies being less worthwile.
Higher gun accuracy, map that is a bit to big on foot.

I was stuck on Coax in the fourth largest city in the country, but everyone living in rural areas (villages, not literal one house farmland) had fiber 😄
