So Lisa the Painful is a strange thing, I downloaded it to my Desktop and Steam Deck. The SD version was about half the size. Which I thought was weird. So I google, it has a native Linux version, cool cool cool. So anyways it got a Definitive Edition with an engine change about a year ago. From RPG Maker to Unity, unlocked frame rate and a bunch of other game upgrades. However, the Linux version did not. This means you can't seamlessly switch between devices, or even the play the updated version with quality of life changes on SteamOS.
I guess I can try forcing a proton version, seems to work, but weird ass choice

Found it! So, you can do it like so:
You have to unscrew (1) first, this is antenna
Then unscrew (2), put a small piece of isolating tape for example wit tiny hole in the middle of it, and screw the screws back in, they'll be isolated that way
As you can see there are small patches of white tape near the screws, that's because I used double-sided tape to isolate the screws
And don't worry about (3) , it's a place for the case screw
