The only market there is for reselling is direct from publisher, typically at like 5-10% discount in bulk, and that doesn't leave a reseller with much breathing room to earn money for selling games.
Only one such that seems to have success I can remember is GMG - GreenManGaming. They usually have 5-15% off for upcoming games. Clearly they have god contracts with publishers.

They changed some things around. I literally spent half an hour trying to figure out why "Women of La Mancha" wasn't firing.
After way, WAY too much google and reddit, turns out they moved that to only appear after you do a certain number of gigs for Jones.
Used to be immediately available as part of the prologue, when you're visiting Kabuki anyway. It had a natural flow.

Weapon mods are also weird now. Can't remove them again.
Or splitting blunt weapons and blade weapons into two different skill trees.
Now you're either doing a strength or a dexterity build.
I could also swear that they changed some buildings around.
That garage that had the monowires, just downhill from Judy's place no longer does, and the building is now a pharmacy instead of a nightclub? (Which had a side gig attached to it)
It's like playing a modded version of a game you remember specifically, but they changed some things around.

I don't remember much from 1.0 era, but I too can tell they changed some things a bit - I just can't put my finger on something specific, I'd have to run old version and check
Honestly, I'd want to see comparison between 1.0 and 2.0 maps, on how much they changed
