I don't think this is a QA issue as much as knowing your engine as a map maker.
You'd never expect QA to throw items into every single square inch of the map. You'd expect them to try and reach places and stand of geometry.
Not without reason.
And throwing shit into walls is... not part of QA, unless it's an actual game mechanic.
You'd expect whoever made the map to know how surfaces work, and no one would ever expect this one wall to behave differently to all of the other ones on the map, unless specifically done by the map maker.

The flag in question is (as documented on MSDN) a debug flag for forcing the use of HPET as the sole timer source. The default behaviour (Which is when the flag is absent from the BCD) has Windows making an optimal selection itself, which furthermore does not disable HPET in any way. So a lot of the time people that thought they were "disabling HPET" either were doing absolutely nothing, or minimally returning Windows to it's default function with HPET still available.

Still from what I remember video playback tests are generally much better on oleds than for example displaying web pages, with modern soc's video playback is mostly just a display + idle usage test.
Steam deck doesn't support adaptive sync, so while linux supports it it won't work on the steam deck
also most screens don't go that low, so it would be 48 ish hz
