Being able to put a system in standby and resume has been something on handhelds as well since the ds era (arguably some games on the gba supported it on the sp).
Still I must say that on desktop linux it also doesn't work great, so on a more limited / controlled environment a more reliable suspend to ram seems easier

CoD makes you select either controller or KB/M from settings, but if I do that as I play MW1 (2019) campaign rn, then I can only use controller output, rendering my mouse movement useless.

With no warning if you tele to town it removes you from that instance of the fight and yer fucked
And you need to go to town to get repairs because the boss 1 hit KO's the entire map, each time.

I uninstalled BF2042 and reinstalled it deleting all the old files with PC restart. tried all the options we went over still the same issue. maybe its just not supported by BF2042 I have no idea. just strange its only for land vehicles it wont work.
