Haven't played ARMA style games in years. I remember going hard into them for a while. Was in a clan that was run by (former) military personnel from around the world. We had literal training programs for different roles, exams and huge games with other clans that would go for a week at a time, but only during specific hours to ensure everyone had a chance to be part of a large game.
