Hey everyone, I need some help with my 60HE v2. Someone was cleaning my keyboard and pressed a bunch of keys, and now my RGB isn't working right.
In Wootility, I have RGB enabled and the Rainbow Wave selected. When I click on colors in the software, I can see them change on the keyboard for a second, but then they slowly fade away to black.
I’ve already tried:
Using FN + . and FN + , (Adjusts volume instead of brightness for some reason)
Cycling profiles with FN + Enter
Checking for conflicting software (SignalRGB, etc.)
Is there a specific key combo that toggles the lights off/on or a way to stop it from fading out?

Place it on a towel and let it dry for half a day (if it looks damp or wet, leave it for longer)

Note: As this is an "FT" keyboard, you may be able to see the IR emitter by using a phone camera and checking if it shows a faint pink light as a way to confirm the emitter is working

Note: Some cameras have IR filters, so you may not see the light

There's a little seam on white part of belly which is perfect for that
Of course if you don't want to play with surgery then you can just wash it as is, it'll take like a day to dry out and will be a bit deflated, but it will work

It's a quite short seam, you can undo it with razor and then hand sew it back
I seen some people put covered zipper in there, but I don't like to cuddle to my plushie and then feel something not soft and fluffy when I do that

hi guys, I recently purchased a Wooting 60HE V2, and I’m experiencing an issue where some keys appear to actuate even when I am not touching the keyboard. Keys sometimes register input without being pressed.

idk what is happening, anyone can help me out please ?

my actuation point keep moving around 0.4 - 0.7 when Im moving my keyboard around the table or move the usp cable

yeah with this table you should stop using the magnetic desk mat and use a non magnetic one, then maybe also use a keebmat to add more space between the keyboard and the desk

the keyboard uses magnets to detect the key press, so any magnetic interference will cause issues

I’ve got a question, I want to get the 60 V2 and thought the metal case would be cool but I don’t want to wait for the restocking times. Do you think the plastic case is still good enough to warrant buying the keyboard. I will be using it for gaming pretty much exclusively. I used to have a Steel Series Apex Mini which I enjoyed and I am currently using a Logitech G512, so I suppose I am also asking how is the build quality in comparison to the previously mentioned keyboards. Sorry about the length of the message.

thats kinda subjective, I dont think wooting build quality is all too bad? The metal case is nice and sturdy, the keycaps are good quality to type on

the stabs are meh that I can concede, my replacement was a massive upgrade in terms of feel and sound
