be cause i'm from argentina and the UPS express savier shipment went wrong when i ordered my wooting, basically, my order got retained in the customs and the only solutions UPS support gave me were 1: Pay 100 extra dollars, 2: get an customs broker (wich in my country costs too much, even worse than paying that 100 extra dollars), or 3: Letting the order get back to origin and ask for a refound (i took this option). From that experience, i've been seeing a lot of bad reviews of UPS shipment, not only with wooting, with a lot of products. And the problem is worse bc UPS it's the only shipment metod available
